The room was cramped, especially with my suitcase open. I seemed like I was navigating a puzzle just to find a spot to stand. The mattress was uncomfortably firm.

By and large, it was suitable place for sightseeing in Tokyo, had much fun and met courteous staff that went above-and-beyond in terms of customer service. The hotel had an AMAZING location steps away from Sankatsu Yukata Museum. A mini mart and convenience stores were right next door. The restaurant was small for Japanese breakfast and for every budget.

fantastic access to parks and attractions for weekend explorers
the hotel is just a few steps from the Ningyocho subway station, making it super convenient for a quick trip to the Imperial Palace and Hibiya Park, where I spent a lovely afternoon wandering beautiful green spaces and enjoying the scenery.

The location of Hotel Nihonbashi Saibo and the excellent service by the staff ..their concern..their proactiveness in helping me make train connections (which I might otherwise not have understood) on the day of the Tokyo Marathon..was greatly appreciated. great atmosphere!!

Daily cleaning, near the subway, polite staff.
Very small room and a narrow double bed.

Had a great stay! The room may be small, but the comfy bed and modern bathroom definitely made up for it. The location was easy for catching the subway. Just a heads up-the hard mattress took some getting used to.

The rollercoaster I didn't see coming
The location is excellent, a 20-minute walk from Tokyo station, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had great lobby amenities.
While everything looked good, the rooms were quite small was good. The hard bed offered an uncomfortable night's sleep.

The hotel is located on a great spot near the subway station. The hotel is also easy accessible by subway from Haneda Airport without changing trains. That's easy if you have luggage. Free use of internet and even a computer on the room like it should be in all hotels nowadays. 24 hour family store at a distance of 50 metres. Friendly staff but their English could be better.
The hotel room was very small. Hardly any place to put your luggage and once you are in there is no place to sit other then the bed. It 's hardly a complaint as we have noticed most hotels in Tokyo have small rooms.

The hotel had a very central location and it was feet from Shibuya. The rooms were both new-fashioned, spotless, complete with microwave oven and bags under the bed, for instance.

Fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk from the subway with quick access to two different lines. Plenty of food options all around, especially local eateries. Room may seem small, but it has everything needed, including a lovely bathroom. Quiet atmosphere amidst the hustle of Tokyo. Staff available 24/7 were helpful. The laundry room is quite small and could use clearer instructions on how to use the machines. Luggage space is tight. I found it hard to open both suitcases at the same time. A pleasant stay, but larger rooms would make it even better.

Location: the hotel was right by good transport links around Tokyo and Ningyocho subway station in Central Tokyo and Narita airport. I stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the room, which was spacious with big beds.
